Susan Law was born and educated in England where art was part of her schooling. She has always enjoyed sketching and painting but had to wait until retirement to fulfill her desire to pursue this more fully.
Mainly a self-taught artist, Susan has taken art lessons from various teachers in the U.S.A. and Canada. She works in oil, acrylic and watercolour. She has also worked in Intaglio Print Making "Etching". Her subjects are varied although birds and animals are a favourite.
She has been a member of the Crofton Art Group since 1998.

Title - "Seasons Change"
Inspiration - This painting is a still life set up of Fall colours. The need for a fan no longer required, but not put away as a few war days may still happen. The remaining jar after canning and the almost empty bowl of fruit say a job well done. Hence the name "Seasons Change".
